Meet the Founder & Wellness Leader
Building a supportive space where women grow stronger, healthier, and more confident together.
My name is Brittany Jones-Minor, Founder of Empowered Women Fitness & Wellness Center. I am a proud mother to an amazing Queen, a Licensed Practical Nurse, a Health & Wellness Coach, and a dedicated advocate for women’s empowerment.
For the past six years, I have been empowering women through fitness, nutrition, and personal development. My work has included leading group workouts, hosting empowerment walks and events, and creating tools that inspire growth and healing, including an affirmation calendar, gratitude journals, and modest workout attire.
I believe I have been called to be a vessel of light, hope, and liberation—encouraging both women and men to grow mentally, physically, and financially. My mission is to create safe, empowering spaces where people can do the inner work needed to become their best selves.
That mission led me to create this personal development journal, designed to help you identify and live in your “Naked Truth” with confidence and unapologetic authenticity. My desire is that this journey encourages you to set the intention to be transparent, vulnerable, and open—so you can truly blossom into the person you were created to be.
